A well-established client in the FMCG / Wholesale sector is seeking a Cash & Carry Sales & Administration Clerk to join their branch operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service, including switchboard and reception duties
Drive Cash & Carry sales and assist customers during the shopping process
Process sales orders, returns, and credit notes
Manage daily cash-ups, banking, floats, and COD payments
Maintain accurate filing, invoicing (SOP008), POD follow-ups, and general administration
Ensure stock control, shelf pricing accuracy, and top-selling product availability
Assist with quarterly stock takes and weekly cycle counts
Maintain OHS and food safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent NQF qualification
Valid Driver’s Licence
Experience in administration, customer service, sales, and cash handling
Stock experience advantageous
Fluent in English
Computer literate
Competencies:
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable and team-oriented
Salary:
- R50 per hour
