Job Description

A well-established client in the FMCG / Wholesale sector is seeking a Cash & Carry Sales & Administration Clerk to join their branch operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, including switchboard and reception duties

  • Drive Cash & Carry sales and assist customers during the shopping process

  • Process sales orders, returns, and credit notes

  • Manage daily cash-ups, banking, floats, and COD payments

  • Maintain accurate filing, invoicing (SOP008), POD follow-ups, and general administration

  • Ensure stock control, shelf pricing accuracy, and top-selling product availability

  • Assist with quarterly stock takes and weekly cycle counts

  • Maintain OHS and food safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent NQF qualification

  • Valid Driver’s Licence

  • Experience in administration, customer service, sales, and cash handling

  • Stock experience advantageous

  • Fluent in English

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Reliable and team-oriented


Salary:
  • R50 per hour
