Job Description
We are looking for a Business Change & Readiness Lead to assist in the delivery of loyalty and site automation projects, managing the business and change workstreams and aligning with technical workstreams. Loyalty & Site Automation sits within a wider portfolio including Fleet and Payments.
The role requires someone with experience obtained in a Retail Fuels environment or a multi-site retail operation, with an understanding of change and project management. The role assumes overall accountability for identifying the level and type of change the OU will undertake through a change impact assessment, then co-ordinating the delivery of actions including coordinating training, internal communication and internal stakeholder management.
The Business Change & Readiness Lead will be instrumental in designing how change management and business readiness is managed within Site Automation projects and for ongoing development of the different products.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University
- Project management
- Experience obtained in a Retail Fuels environment or a multi-site retail operation
- Change and project management
- Loyalty & Site Automation projects experience
Strong focus on DELIVERY:
- Understanding and experience of change programmes, preferably in loyalty and in the retail petroleum industry
- Experience in working with organisations across multiple geographies and languages and understanding the intricacies of project delivery across multiple cultures
- Ability to run workshops to ensure the impact of the project on people & processes are well understood
